This sounds a lot harder than it actually is.

Reality is this achievement is easy. From Main Menu go into settings and press RT until you go to the CPU Game Customisation Tab.

From there change the sliders to:
Sprint Speed - 0
Acceleration - 0
Shot Error - 100
Pass Error - 100
Shot Speed - 0
Pass Speed - 0
Injury Frequency - 100
Injury Severity - 100
Goalkeeper ability - 0
Positioning - 0

You could even boost your stats up to 100 for player skills.

When you do that back out and it will save, then you choose exhibition and choose any team and make sure that the CPU's team is better or the same star rank.

You will steamroll over them. After the game ends you will unlock the achievement.
