my profile stucks at 2675G

I have this issue as well. Nobody seems to have responded to my previous post

Sorry for the delay in responding. We noticed that there was an issue with our trackers where it wasn't updating gamers in the correct order. An update was pushed out yesterday to fix the problem.

I've taken a look into your profiles and can see they appear to have been updated (excluding gamer pictures). I'll be looking into why you have missing gamer pictures and hopefully have that sort very soon.
