First you need to defeat Ivan The Terrible in a boss battle. All you have to do is use Paintbrush Power on the trap paintings around the walls to hit him or shine the Eye Of Horus on him to stun him and the cherubs will shoot him with arrows. Once he is defeated walk through the door that opens up and use your Paintbrush Power on the poster for the National Museum of Natural History on the wall.
